Find out what type of physical exercise you like – it could be cycling, swimming, playing tennis, squash, dancing (at discotheques or at home), yoga, rock climbing, wall climbing – anything that gives you pleasure. If nothing else, just taking a brisk walk around the block for about 30 minutes would do just fine.

One thing that is very important here is that whatever you choose to do should be done consistently preferably on a daily basis for best results. While you would be looking for menopause and weightloss solutions you would find that exercising would also improve your moods and energy levels.
