No matter what I did, I couldn't seem to lose any weight. Every couple of days I would weigh myself on the bathroom scale, but the results were always the same. When I first went to the store, I was overwhelmed by all of the different choices. I ended up leaving again that day and buying a consumer report. I always make use of consumer reports when I can not decide on a purchase. After all, they give some very good information about what brands are the best and which ones to avoid. It recommended a good digital scale to buy, and I went out and bought exactly that model. Although it costs a little bit more than I expected, it was extremely accurate. I have been happy with it ever since. It has helped my lose weight because I know exactly where I am on my diet every day.
