I recently bought a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee used and cheap, and I cannot tell you what a lemon that machine has turned out to be. I thought that it would be cool. The 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee does have a certain amount of style to it. It is big, with comfortable seating, and the body is in excellent shape. But honestly, I would have done better to be sensible and buy a nice used Honda Civic or something. The 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee is terrible. I have never made a worse purchase in my entire life, I can safely say.
First of all, there is the abysmal gas mileage of the 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Now, I can not say that this caught me totally by surprise, but this particular one is even worse than you were think. It gets all of 13 miles per gallon, low enough to make me wonder if, God forbid, the engine is shot. Then, there is the treacherous rolling of the absurd, overbalanced, heavy machine with awful shocks. If you make a turn at greater than 20 miles an hour, the 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee pitches perilously, as if just daring you to push it into a roll. I guess I should have researched SUVs a little better so that I would have seen what a common problem this one is but, honestly, I was so thrilled at the price that I was getting for the 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I dove head first into it without really thinking enough. I guess that the 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee does have some advantages, though. There is plenty of room to stretch out in the back, which makes it an excellent car for road trips. And that says nothing about the truly awesome amount of storage room. Again, extremely road trip worthy. And, the stereo system in this particular 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee is pretty cherry. I think the guy who owned it before me had it decked out, which was cool of him. It has a killer bass system, while at the same time preserving high-fidelity in the treble scale. All and all, a definite plus. But still, none of that is enough to outweigh the truly awesome faults of this monstrous SUV. I thought that I was getting hooked up when I bought it cheap, but all of the money I saved will probably go to gas to power the thing, or repairs to the engine when I find out that it is shot.
