Since its release in 2007, many gadget companies have been able to figure out what makes the iPhone tick. You can use any brand of earphone that is recommended for an iPhone. Many people find that their Black Berry earphones also work for iPhones.

In one sense, it's a case of trial and error to see if the earphones for sale at the mall will work for your iPhone.
