Fax broadcasting then frees up the employees’ work time, so that they can focus on more pressing matters.

Compared to email, fax broadcasting is much more accurate the majority of the time because distributors need to print out and review the copy before they fax it. Although it is not generally a good practice, many individuals, when sending email correspondences, will not check the document as thoroughly as they should. Sometimes, this is just because they have been staring at a computer all day and their eyes get tired. The nature of fax broadcasting is more allowing of a person to print out and review the document before sending it. Reviewing a paper document prior to fax broadcasting gives the distributor a break from the computer screen. This is especially true if the fax broadcasting is occurring through a physical fax machine as opposed to internet fax broadcasting.
