The ultrasonic liposuction is a procedure that uses ultrasound to break the fat layers where the tumescent type uses saline and laser liposuction uses laser beams. Ultrasonic liposuction does look simple, but it is nonetheless surgery and therefore is open to all such risks that surgery entails.
