If you are looking for a more long term investment, than perhaps a foreclosure is not something you want to get involved with. All foreclosures happen for a reason, and sometimes it can be that the value of the property is not what the initial investor placed into it so be careful going this route. A perfect long term investment would be a Hawaii real estate property that has been in the owner’s possession for a long time and is in an expanding area. Finding this will assure you that your dollar will go as far as possible.
