There are many things that come into your email box each day that you should ignore. One of those is the promise of making money with online surveys. Those ads and emails are scams, and are not what you might think they are. What you might not know is that there are legitimate ways to earn money with surveys online, but unless you have signed up with any of the companies that offer these, you will never see an email from them. If you want to make money with these surveys, you have to go out and find them on your own.

You can find paying online surveys all of the Internet if you search for them. They all pay in different ways though, and the promise of hundreds of dollars a day to do them is very unrealistic. Some of them have points that you can accumulate for money or prizes, but you will have to fill out many of them in order for your points to fill out. They range in time spent on each survey from a few minutes to an average of about fifteen or twenty minutes for the longer ones.

When you find a source that lists legitimate sites that offer online surveys, you have to take some time to sign up for each one, and then you have to wait for the offers that match you. You will not qualify for every survey. They go by many different factors when choosing those for each survey that they put out. If you don�t fit the description of who they are looking for, you won�t get an invitation. The more sites you sign up for, the more surveys you will get. If you are lucky, you may get offers that pay you straight out for the surveys you do, but don�t expect a lot per survey.

If you have an education and a career in things like healthcare or medicine, you may get more money for specialized online surveys. If you have a medical conditions, you can also get more per online survey that you fill out. Some places pay more for those taking medications or using certain brands of computers or cell phones. There are many opportunities out there, and you can make some money with online surveys. You just have to be smart and find the real opportunities instead of opening the junk mail claiming you can make a lot. There is money out there, but you probably won�t get rich doing it.

For all of you who have any medical, emotional or physical problems need to face the music. ONLY YOU CAN HEAL YOUR BODY!!!! You need to research holistic approaches and stick with them. You learn things from your parents and family that are not healthy. Take charge and eliminate all the soda, icecream, chips and replace with LIVE FOOD. Vegetables, nuts, omega 3 and berries. I was once depressed and had chronic fatigue along with a host of other problems. It was only when I decided to go against my doctors and go holistic. I am depressed and chronic fatigue free. For those of you who are ill and think there is no cure, read the Water cure and and seasalt remedy.

For the one's that are claiming you are FAT... and the one's that are complaining about junk food & etc... Hear this... I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia, when, I was 15. I am now 41. Now, I am a full blown diabetic. I recently was bed bound for 9 months. I am now breaking down little by little. On top of that, since I did not take care of my hypoglycemic, I was diagnosed with schlerosis of the liver due to overweight and the diabetes taking over. Can anyone top that? You are right, you keep eating sweets, junk food and all the greasy foods. You will end up having cardio problems. This is one my other diagnosis. So, please take care of yourselves so, you won't have to leave your children and family one day. You can consider, my days are counted. FYI: When, my doctor told me... I cried for a week that my eyes looked like frog eyes. With prayers, my tears have been minimal. As I am telling you this, I am crying because it is so hard for me to know that I won't see my children grow up. YES, being active and staying away from pop and etc. it is a start. Oh, I was placed on a fat free diet and I lost 17 1/2 pounds in three weeks; perhaps my liver diagnosis will be reversed. Goodluck...

this is true i have an addiction to sugar and i know it. I eat candy, ice cream, fries, etc everyday and I just found out I am hypoglemic and am waiting for the results of the diabetes test. JUNK FOOD IS REALLY BAD FOR YOU TRUST ME i am only 15 and now have to deal with it for the rest of my life. I am active and everything I mean I am in the right weight range but my body fat is a lot higher than it should be. I need help

My Mother-in-law and I went on this fast for 3 1/2 days. I was leaving to come home, but I believe I could have done it a lot longer., the first two days were a little hard. Warming the water on the stove helped a LOT! I could tell my body was starting to cleanse. She is very knowledgeable, is 83, and in VERY good shape for her age! Anything you can do naturally to help your body is not crap - Sodas, Whoppers, and Greasy French Fries are Crap.
