The ways in which you should come up with your creative fundraising ideas will really vary, depending on what type of forum the fundraiser is going to be in. For instance, if the fundraiser is for a school, then one idea is to get all of the students to write down their own idea on a piece of paper, and then either throw all the pieces of paper into a hat and randomly pick one out, or you can read through every single idea, if you wish.

This is not only a great idea to come up with some new and creative fundraising ideas, but as well it is a way to get the students actively involved and let them know that their opinion does count. Not only that, but as well it is going to make them want to get more physically involved in the entire process overall, and so this is simply going to benefit the entire situation in general.

On the other hand if the fundraiser is for something such as an organization or business then you are going to have to come up with creative fundraising ideas in more professional manners, such as doing research in order to see what types of fundraising ideas have worked in the past and which have not, so that you can have the most success possible, because if it is a fundraiser for a company than you are going to have to take it a lot more seriously and raise a lot more money with it than you would with, say, a school fundraiser.

The most important thing is that you put as much effort into the brainstorming process as possible, and that you get as many people involved as you can, because in the end of it all this is the area which is going to matter the most. After all, without a solid idea to begin with, what do you really have to work with? This is why you need to prepare and conceptualize as much as you possibly can beforehand.
