Getting a portable cooling system for your laptop is one of the smartest investments that you can make. Have you ever noticed how often laptops seem to fail? It has always seemed to me that a laptop computer will last only a tiny fraction of the time that a desktop will, and I never really could figure out why or how. Well, here is the reason. A laptop creates at least as much heat as a desktop, but is nowhere near as well ventilated. It overheats, which causes damage to all of the sensitive electronics inside.
