But things change, and first it was the porn spammers that really started to take over the free sites. Something happened somewhere along the line where the major companies stopped policing their free online dating sites and the porn spammers just took over. Now almost everything on the free dating sites is porn related and it is becoming very difficult to find an honest ad anymore.

Evil People And A Possible Solution

The next thing that happened to the free online dating websites is the sexual predators started coming around. When people really started using these sites to find dates and meet the scum of the earth decided that these sites would be great ways to trap unsuspecting victims and pull of their cowardly crimes. Unfortunately, they were right and to this day you still hear about people that fell prey to someone they met on a free online dating website. It is truly sad, but it is becoming a way of life.

The one thing you can do is avoid the free websites. Today the best online dating is done with the sites that charge because with those sites running an online dating site is all they do, so they monitor and police themselves much better than the free sites do. It isn�t like it used to be when it was free, but it still works today. With common sense, you can still find a friend and not a fiend online.
