I purchased a set of Belgique copper bottom cookware. I followed the directions and seasoned the insides with oil, but food sticks badly. Is there another solution I should use? Thank you.

I just received a set of copper bottom Belgique cookware. I was told that I need to prepare the bottoms before using them, but I'm not sure how to do so. (I tossed out the box and apparently the instructions on how to do this.) I'd like to know how to do this or how to contact the manufacturer about how to do this. If you could help, that would be great. Thanks.
