Ah, let me just smell that freshly ground coffee one more time. I will totally admit that high quality, freshly ground java is the absolute best aroma on the planet. It's utterly phenomenal. So, maybe you want to take a second look at that Starbuck's blend next time, before you fork out another four or five bucks. Is this java really worth your hard-earned cash? Okay, so we've determined that all coffee is not created equal. So what about arabica coffee? Well, this particular ilk of coffee makes up like 75 percent of the beans floating around this planet. Arabica coffee is not a brand of java like Millstone or Folder's. It more or less has to do with the way coffee is grown and roasted. No one ever said you had to hit up a local coffee house for fine java anymore. The advantage to ordering your own blends of beans regards the roasting date. You don't want coffee that was roasted over three months ago. It would be old and acidic. You want freshly roasted beans. Try for under two weeks. This will offer the best flavor.
