Where To Get Beauty Product Samples

It would be nice to be able to get just a sample of a beauty product to try it ourselves – preferably without any money out of our pocket!

Fortunately, beauty product companies want our business. They will do what they can to get us to try their products – and often, that is by giving us beauty product samples to try at home.

Finding Beauty Product Samples

One place to get samples of products – especially if it is a new product they are trying to acquaint the public with – is directly in the store. Sometimes, especially with higher end products, they will be glad to apply the product onto your skin so you can see how it looks. Have you ever noticed the people standing in the mall or by smaller stores, offering to spray you with the latest and greatest perfume? They want you to try it before you buy it – what more could you ask for?

Some of us would rather take the samples home with us to try when we want. In that case, it is best if the sample is given to us to take with us, instead of applied on us.

In the binding of beauty magazines, they often include samples of perfumes, so watch for those! Also, sometimes samples for lotions or shampoos, etc. come in envelopes with the direct mail advertising.

Remember when you were a little kid and the dentist would give you a new toothbrush or some dental floss when you visited? Most dentists still have freebies they can give away – same with your doctor. When you go to your doctor or dentist, try asking if they have any samples they can give you.

Another often forgotten place to get samples of beauty products are in gift packs. These are sometimes given out to students in junior high school or high school. If you aren’t in that category, it would be difficult to get a gift pack, but if you are in that group, lucky you!

Another place to get beauty product samples are professional or parenting conferences. They will often have a gift bag full of advertisements, coupons, and some sample products. The last La Leche League Conferences often come with gift bags – sometimes including full-size tubes of new types of toothpaste to try, packets of raisins to snack on, and lotion to soothe achy feet from walking at the conference.

From your home computer, you can also get beauty product samples mailed to you. If you go to any particular manufacture’s website, they will often have offers for product samples. Just give them your name and address, and they are more than willing to send them, usually with coupons toward future full-size purchases.

There are also other site not directly affiliated with the individual manufactures that offer lots of free products of beauty samples. Be careful of offers that want a credit card to sign up for anything, but there are usually some good deals to be gleaned there.

If a person wants to find samples of beauty products, there are many places to get them! Try out the product, see if you like it, and if you do, be sure to buy the product in full-size.
