Beauty sleep is when you retire to bed minimum two hours before midnight; the best would be to go sleep four hours before midnight as this is the time when the body repairs itself the best. Sleeping eight hours during the daytime is not equal with sleeping eight hours during night time. People who pay attention to their beauty sleep would not have to worry about aging signs for a long time.

Proper Eye Care

Your eyes are the window into you soul, as per a very popular saying. However, if your eyes are puffy, dark circled, red, tired – you would definitely not look too good.
